Some places can charge outrageous shipping prices, even for small orders. At DuraSmoke you can enjoy an automatic flat rate shipping of $5.99 per order within USA!
Free Shipping Over $35
If your USA order is over $35, we'll pay all shipping costs. To take advantage of free shipping, during checkout a "Free Shipping" button will appear as an option. All you need to do is click the button and shipping is on us!
When Will We Ship Your Order?
Orders received prior to 7am are shipped the same day, after 7am the orders are produced same-day and shipped the next day, this includes both next day and 2-day orders. For example, orders placed before 7am on Monday will be shipped same day; orders placed after 7am on Monday will be shipped Tuesday morning. Please allow at least 24 hours for us to ship your order if placing an order after 7am. If you have questions or concerns about an order, please don't hesitate to call us at 877-367-9988!
FedEx Shipping And Saturday Delivery
There is no Saturday delivery on regularly shipped FedEx items, however customers have the option of Saturday delivery with a $8.50 FedEx Shipping fee. Regular orders placed on Thursday afternoon would not be received until Monday.
If the order includes the $8.50 FedEx Shipping fee, it will be shipped either Thursday or Friday and be received on either Friday or Saturday. Please contact our customer service line to inquire about Saturday delivery.Please note that standard shipping rates and free shipping deals only apply to U.S. customers. All packages shipped outside of the United States will be shipped UPS direct. UPS international shipping rates will be calculated at check-out.
You may return defective or unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
