If you have a question or concern about any DuraSmoke product, we'd love to hear from you! However, in order to save you time and best address your questions, we ask that you please check these things before filling out this form:

- If you're wondering about shipping information, please see our shipping/returns page.
If your question doesn't fall into any of the categories above, then please feel free to contact us! We address concerns as we recieve them and depending on the question, may need a day or two to get back to you. Never fear though: we make it a point to respond to every email sent to us so you'll always get a response!
If it's been more than seven days since your submission and you still have not received an email from a DuraSmoke® representative, please check your email's SPAM folder. Our emails usually get to your inbox, but depending on your email provider they may be flagged as SPAM. The DuraSmoke® company will never send you SPAM email, nor will we give your email address out to anyone else. Please always feel safe when opening a DuraSmoke® email!
